8 days from Tangier southern Morocco, Visit the city of Chefchaouen, Fez, spend two nights in the camp in Erg Chebbi Merzouga. Visit of the Draa Valley, the tour continues in Marrakech and Casablanca, to finish in Tangier.
► Itinerary:
Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen – Fez
Departure from your accommodation in Tangier to the city of Fez, we cross the city of Tetouan and the Rif mountains to wait for the famous blue city of Chefchaouen, we will discover the medina with its beautiful reulles then we will continue to Fez, dinner and accommodation in a magnificent riad in Fez.
Day 2: Fez – Ifrane – Azrou – Middle Atlas – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga
We leave Fez towards the desert of Merzouga via Ifrane and Azrou to see the monkeys in the cedar forest. We continue to Midelt, where you will have lunch. We continue to the Erg Chebbi desert through the Ziz and Erfoud valley, visit the fossil museum, then continue to the Erg Chebbi dunes, where your camel guide will take you to the camp. among the dunes of Erg Chebbi. admire the sunset and spend a wonderful evening in the nomadic stadiums with dinner.
Day 3: Merzouga
After your breakfast, you will reach the village by camel and then we will leave by 4 × 4 to visit a Berber family and listen to Gnawa music in the village of Khamlia. Then we will visit deserted mines. We will return to Merzouga and after lunch we will ride camels to our camp. We will spend the night in the bivouac. Dinner will be served around the campfire.
Day 4: Merzouga Desert – Tazarine – Zagora
Early in the morning, you will wake up to enjoy the sunrise over the Erg Chebbi dunes, followed by breakfast at the camp, a camel trek to the village. We drive to Rissani, where we stop to visit the Mausoleum of Molay Ali Chrif Alaoui, before continuing to the Draa Valley, passing through the magnificent landscapes, the Berber villages of Tazarine and Nkob. Continuation to Zagora through the Draa Valley. Accommodation and dinner in Zagora at a local hotel.
Day 5: Zagora – Agdz – Ouarzazate – Ait ben haddou – Marrakech
After breakfast, we will drive to Ouarzazate through the Draa Valley. We stop in Agdz to visit Kasbah Tamnougalt and continue to Ouarzazate. Visit of the kasbahs of Taourirt and Ait ben haddou. Lunch break in the middle of the Atlas Mountains. Arrival in Marrakech at the end of the day. We will drop you off at your hotel. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 6: Marrakech
discovery of the medina with a local guide, you will visit the palaces, gardens, ben youssef school, jamaa Fna square, dinner and accommodation in your riad.
Day 7: Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat
We leave Mararkech towards Casablanca where you will visit the Hassan II mosque, and continue to Rabat here we will see the Hassan Tower and the Oudayas kasbah, dinner and hotel accommodation.
Day 8: Rabat – Tangier
We leave Rabat to Tangier passing through Larache and Asilah. We will drop you off at your accommodation in Tangier.
