► Overview:
3 days from Marrakech to Fez through the desert, this magnificent circuit will take you to discover the kasbahs, gorges, oases, sand dunes of southern Morocco, and you will also explore the Ziz valley and the cedar forest of the Middle Atlas, the circuit will end in Fez.
► Itinerary:
Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley
Departure from your hotel in Marrakech at 8:00 am, we will go to the kasbah of Ait ben haddou through the High Atlas mountains (Tizi n Tichka 2260m), you will admire the Berber villages and the beautiful landscapes.
We will arrive at the famous Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Visit the kasbah with a local guide. After lunch we continue to the Dades gorges via Ouarzazate, where we will visit the movies studios and the kasbah of Taouririt. and we go to Skoura here we will visit the kasbah of Amridil. Then we continue to Kelaat M’gouna, the city of roses, known for its fragrant roses and its annual festival in May. Then we will continue to our hotel in the heart of the Dades gorges.
Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga desert
After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to Tinghir and the Todra Valley, where you will see a panoramic view of the ancient Berber villages. Arrive at the spectacular Gorges of more than 250 m high, after the walk between the gorges We continue towards Erfoud and Rissani where we will have lunch before heading to the town of Merzouga, here you will be received with a glass of mint tea, before climbing your camel, guided by an experienced camel guide, to explore the mysterious sand sea of the Erg-Chebbi dunes. You will spend the magical night in a traditional Berber nomad tent, dinner will be served around a bivouac campfire.
Day 3: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Ifrane – Fez
Get up early in the morning to see the magical sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, you will be transported to the village on camels, then we will go to Fez through Errachidia and the Ziz valley, we will stop in Midelt for lunch and then we will continue to Azrou where we will make a stop to see the monkeys. in the cedar forest. Then, direction Ifrane the ski resort, we then continue to your accommodation in Fez where the visit ends.
